A restaurant space located in Palamós Marina harbor, the Pollos a Mano project is built upon a neutral palette that seeks calmness and clarity, allowing the product and the rhythm of the space to take center stage.

The open and orderly space is defined through continuous materials and soft textures that provide coherence and support the efficiency of the take-away service. Light surfaces and natural finishes create a serene base, while the mustard color —introduced in specific elements— brings identity and directly connects with the brand’s visual language.

Natural light accompanies the interior flow and enhances the clean perception of the space, while artificial lighting, precise and warm, highlights the service and display areas. The furniture, with simple and durable lines, integrates naturally into the whole, prioritizing intensive use and longevity.
