Sobriety and well-being

An hybrid space that integrates two different uses within the same premises: Fred Clima showroom for professional kitchens and equipment on the ground floor, and Álmica, an alternative therapies space, on the upper level. The project approaches this coexistence through contrast, highlighting the identity of each area while maintaining an overall coherence.

On the ground floor, Fred Clima showroom is defined by a palette of neutral tones combined with black, bringing sobriety and character to the space. Continuous materials, durable finishes, and focused lighting reinforce its technical and functional nature, designed to display products and support their use and understanding.

In contrast, the upper floor hosts Álmica, an environment conceived to promote calm and well-being. Here, soft tones, warm textures, and diffused light create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, distinct from the more dynamic rhythm of the lower level. Natural materials and textile elements enhance this sense of comfort and retreat.

The relationship between both levels is resolved through a shared design language based on simplicity and order, allowing the project to be understood as a unified whole despite its functional duality.

The result is a balanced and coherent space where two seemingly opposite worlds coexist and complement each other, responding to very different needs within a single project.
