Duality and balance

DGhouse is a renovation project of an entrance, where we played with the duality of exterior and interior spaces. The exterior was treated in a sober and elegant manner, contrasting with the interior, which serves as a welcoming envelope to the house.

To materialise this concept, we focused on anthracite grey, applying it to various elements of the front. For the interior space, we worked with wood, white, and black lacquered iron. We created a natural oak wood cube in the foreground, which acts as the main element and provides warmth. We used white to bring light and spaciousness to the space, and black serves as the connecting thread that links the interior with the exterior.
